Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Mindfulness is the fastest growing area in Wellness and Mental Health.

Where applicable we can offer Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as an integrated approach within therapy sessions.
We also offer Mindfulness Coaching on a 1:1 basis, with each session lasting one hour.

Life Coaching
Life Coaching helps you identify your life values and goals and create an action plan to achieve these goals. Life coaching also involves identifying what patterns may be preventing you reaching those goals, and collaborating together to remove such obstacles.
